Tracy Reynolds Re-Joins Howard Bank as Rising Sun’s Branch Manager
BALTIMORE, MD, September 22, 2020 - Howard Bank, a growth-focused community bank serving businesses, professionals, and individuals in the Greater Baltimore area, announced today that Tracy Reynolds has re-joined the bank as its Branch Manager in Rising Sun.
Reynolds will be responsible for developing growth opportunities in the Cecil County market and building relationships with Howard Bank clients.
“Tracy is highly respected and well-connected in the Cecil area and we are happy to have her re-join the team,” said Chandra Klein, Vice President and Director of Branch Distribution at Howard Bank. “She’s in a role she’s familiar with and she will pick up right where she left off and do great things.”
Reynolds worked at Howard Bank in 2009, where she served as Branch Manager and Vice President until 2019. As a Branch Manager, Reynolds built strong connections with clients, maximized revenue by optimizing daily operations, and networked with communities to capitalize on business goals. In her returning role, her additional duties will include expanding her community and business services, outreach, and building new business partner relationships.

Reynolds has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Cecil College and is a graduate of the Cecil Leadership Institute. Reynolds has also held many prominent positions in her community, including Treasurer for the North East Chamber of Commerce and President of the Cecil County Extension Advisory Council. She was named North East Chamber of Commerce’s Businessperson of the Year in 2014.
