Howard Bank Recognized as Philanthropic

The Baltimore Business Journal has ranked Howard Bank as one of the top 10 “Most Generous Corporate Givers” and one of the 25 “Largest  Corporate Philanthropists” in the Baltimore area. The rankings, respectively, were on the basis of 2010 ‘giving’ as a percentage of company revenue and by 2010 cash donations.  In addition to the company’s philanthropy, Howard Bank executives and employees also performed 3,839 volunteer hours in 2010.

Howard Bank opened in August of 2004. It has branches in the Village of Hickory Ridge in Columbia, on Snowden River Parkway in Ellicott City, on Johns Hopkins Road in Maple Lawn and at the intersection of Route 40 and Centennial Lane in Ellicott City.
