Introducing Your New Business Online Banking Experience!

We're excited to announce that the initial phase of our Business Online Banking upgrade officially went live on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

This new and improved platform is built to provide you and your business more functionality, simplicity, and control. 

Our Upgrade Center is your one-stop-shop for everything you need to know about the transition to our new platform. Please review the following information and our FAQs carefully.

First-Time Login

Your account(s) will automatically transition to our new platform. Simply log in to your Business Online Banking account by selecting Business Online Banking from either the Secure Login button in the top right-hand corner of the page or the Online Banking dropdown on our homepage. You will use the same Login ID and password that you use today.

A few items to note:
-Upon initial log in, you will be prompted to provide information to be used for future identify verification.
-Any bookmarked links that you have for our old platform are no longer accessible.

    • Streamlined login for first-time token users
    • Manage financial activities easier by customizing the accounts to appear on the homepage
    • Review and approve wire detail from the home screen with fewer clicks
  • Enhanced Security Features
    • Additional security option to allow access when using a new device or browser. 
    • Multi-factor authentication to validate user access to our system and services
    • Ability to deactivate lost or damaged tokens online to keep accounts safe and prevent unauthorized use
  • Alerts and Notifications
    • Improve internal communications and procedures using email notification for dual control to review and approve outgoing wire transfers and creation of wire templates
  • Expanded Mobile App functionality
    • Conveniently approve Wire Transfers using our Business Mobile Banking app
    • Easy access to information on the type of token and instructions on use
  • Faster Bill Pay service
    • ​Real-time enrollments and updates

  • Soft Tokens
    • Easily switch from Hard Token to Soft Token technology providing enhanced security and convenience during log on and funds transfer activities
  • User Administration
    • Company controlled user set-up and access to services and accounts by a designated Security Administrator
  • Integrated Access to Check and ACH Positive Pay
    • To improve your experience, Check and ACH exceptions will be managed through the same application
  • Payee Match
    • To increase protection from payment fraud we will enhance Check Positive Pay service by verifying Payee Name on checks to that provided on the check issue files

Similar to our Business Online Banking upgrade, we plan to implement new features and functionality in a phased approach. How do I access the new Business Online Banking platform?
I currently use a Token to log in to Online Banking. Will I still use this as my password?
Will my account number(s) and account nickname(s) remain the same?

Do I need to re-create my Stop Payment requests?
