Howard Bank Business Development Officer and Board Member Earn Recognition on The Daily Record’s Top 100 Women
Patricia Livingston and Donna Hill Staton Recognized for Achievements in Community
Howard Bank, a commercial-focused community bank serving businesses, professionals and individuals, is proud to share that Patricia Livingston, Vice President and Business Development Officer, and Donna Hill Staton, a member of its Board of Directors, have been named to The Daily Record’s 2021 Top 100 Women.

In its 26th year, the Top 100 Women list recognizes outstanding achievement by women demonstrated through professional accomplishments, community leadership and mentoring.
Livingston has made an immediate impact since joining Howard Bank in 2020. She is valued by her small and medium-size business clients and has helped her customers navigate complex financial challenges stemming from the pandemic. Serving the Maryland community, she is a board member and treasurer for the Business Women’s Networking Group of Howard County and for The Samaritan Women, and serves on the board of Young Life Howard County.
Hill Staton’s leadership and guidance has been integral to Howard Bank’s success. She has served as a director of Howard Bancorp and Howard Bank since 2009. She chairs the governance and nominating committees, sits on the compensation committee and is a past member of the executive committee. She is also a co-founder and principal of consulting firm Decision Point Strategy Group, LLC and law firm Staton & Nolan, LLC.
