Doherty Joins Howard Bank's Annapolis Office

Stacey E. Doherty has joined Howard Bank as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the bank’s Annapolis office.

She joins the bank from Sandy Spring Bank where she was a Construction Loan Administrator. During her years at Sandy Spring, she also served as a Mortgage Banker/Sales Assistant and Loan Processor.

Prior to joining Sandy Spring Bank, she was a Loan Processor at Nations Trust Mortgage Corp.

Before beginning her banking career, Doherty served in military intelligence with the US Army, where she was a Morse Code Intercept Operator.

A resident of Odenton, she attended Honolulu Community College, Honolulu, HI, the Morse Code Intercept School at Fort Devens, MA, and the Mortgage Banking School in Baltimore.
