Howard Bank Names Ricci Loan Operations Manager

Rocco Ricci has joined Howard Bank, Howard County’s only locally owned and managed bank, as a Vice President and the manager of the commercial loan department.

Ricci brings 20 years of banking experience to the position having previously worked as loan operations manager for Fidelity & Trust Bank in Washington, D.C., and as commercial loan operations manager for Riggs Bank in Riverdale, MD, and in the commercial loans area of Sequoia Bank 

Ricci has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
