PUBLIC SERVANT LOAN PROGRAM.

The rising cost of housing in Howard and Anne Arundel Counties has made it difficult for some of our most important citizens to buy homes. We'd like to fix that. The purpose of our Pulblic Servant Loan Program is to facilitate the first time purchase of a Howard or Anne Arundel County home by professionals serving the community. Teachers, police officers, firefighters, county government employees and employees of Howard County Hospital, Howard County Community College, Anne Arundel Community College, BWCC Medical and Anne Arundel Hospital are eligible to apply.

PROGRAM SPECIFICS
The program offers a 30 year fixed rate loan that can be up to 95% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less plus up to an additional 10% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less for documented home improvement expenses. Maximum Loan To Value, including Home Improvements cannot exceed 105%.
